Who you are actually buying from

Plain answers, because a booking site that will not say what it is should not be trusted with a card number.

What we are

Shibuya Sky Tour is an independent online ticket seller. We list timed-entry tickets for Shibuya Sky and a guided walk of Shibuya that includes admission, take your booking, and issue the ticket you present at the 14th-floor gate.

That is the whole business. We do not sell hotels, flights, rail passes or bundles. One observation deck, four tickets, and a strong opinion about which hour to book.

What we are not

We do not run Shibuya Sky. The observation deck belongs to Shibuya Scramble Square. Their conditions of entry govern what happens on site, their capacity decides how many tickets exist, and their call — not ours — closes the rooftop when the weather turns.

We are not the official site, and we are not affiliated with Shibuya Scramble Square or with any Tokyo authority. Nothing here is an official notice; if a page on this site disagrees with the operator, believe the operator.

We are not based in Shibuya. The address on this site is the venue, not our office — there is no counter on the 14th floor with our name on it. We are an online seller, reached by email.

How a booking actually works

You choose a ticket, a date, an entry slot and the number of guests, and enter your details at checkout over an encrypted connection. Your booking is recorded against your name and a booking reference is emailed to you.

Our ticketing team then issues the ticket against the operator's system and charges the card. This is why a booking is not instant to the second — a person is involved. It is also why, if a slot turns out to be unavailable, you are told and refunded rather than left holding a ticket for an entry time that does not exist.

We never display a full card number back to you, and we never send one by email. If a message claiming to be from us asks you to reply with card details, it is not from us — forward it to info@shibuyaskytour.com and we will confirm.

Why only four tickets

Because there is one observation deck. Three of these tickets are the same deck at different hours, priced by demand rather than by content, and the fourth adds a guided walk before it. That is the entire honest inventory.

A site listing thirty Shibuya Sky experiences is listing one lift thirty times. We would rather describe four properly, and tell you which hour is worth the premium.

Where the photographs come from

Every image on this site is AI-generated, and we say so on the credits page rather than letting you assume otherwise. We have no licensed photography of Shibuya Sky yet, and a stock photograph of somewhere else passed off as the deck would be worse than a declared illustration. The ticket copy is accurate; the pictures are impressions, and real photography will replace them.

Reaching a person

Email is the way in, and a person answers it — there is no ticket queue and no chatbot. Include your booking reference if you have one and you will usually hear back the same day.

Please note: Shibuya Sky Tour is an independent ticket seller. We are not a government body and we are not the operator — the observation deck is run by Shibuya Scramble Square. Images on this site are AI-generated, not photographs of the venue; full credits are here.
